PGA of America Operations Assistant: Supported all phases of championship operations, from early venue setup through tournament completion, for two major PGA Championships. Assisted with full-site preparation, including course infrastructure, signage, branding, fencing, rope and stake installation, and operational logistics. Managed the master key system by organizing, tracking, and producing key copies for every operational office across tournament property. Coordinated with vendors, tournament staff, and operations leadership to ensure facilities and workspaces were fully operational. Entrusted with company purchasing responsibilities using corporate credit cards to obtain operational supplies and equipment. Helped prepare hospitality areas, office spaces, and championship venues while meeting strict tournament deadlines. Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving while working extended hours in a fast-paced championship environment in two completely separate environments

Bespoke Brand Ambassador: Acted as a Brand Ambassador for the 2024 SEC Championship, the 2025 South Carolina Vs. Clemson "Palmetto Bowl" and the 2026 Duke Mayo Bowl, engaging fans and promoting the event. Managed interactive games and distributed Duke Mayo prizes and merchandise, enhancing the pre-game atmosphere. Achieved high foot traffic, with our line significantly surpassing other events on-site. Collaborated with Bespoke Sports & Entertainment, a dynamic company specializing in sports marketing and event management.

 

Hershey Entertainment Supervisor: I oversee operations across multiple live entertainment venues and supervised +30 employees.
- Concerts (Up to 40,000+): On concert days, I support a variety of critical operations, including guest services and front-of-house coordination. I’ve had a chance to shadow and work closely with the operations team in the indoor hockey arena, and the event management team in the outdoor football stadium. I regularly managed ticket scanning and crowd flow into premium pit areas for major headlining artists such as Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Chris Brown, Luke Bryan, Avril Lavigne, and others.

- Aqua theater (Up to 900): At the Aqua Theater, I’m responsible for ADA accessibility, crowd flow coordination, full sound system operation, and support in the care of sea lions and seals. I also oversee the financial system for animal feeding and photo sales.
- Trivia show (Up to 700): In the Performing Arts Theater, I lead a team focused on maintaining venue cleanliness, optimizing guest comfort, and ensuring operational readiness for every show.

Merchandiser for the Savannah Bananas: We made history, breaking the attendance record with over 80,000 fans. Throughout the event, I gained valuable hands-on experience in operations and merchandise sales, collaborating closely with my team to manage the crowds and ensure guests received everything they needed efficiently. After the event concluded, we stayed to fully deconstruct the tents and merchandise setup — a great opportunity to see the full event lifecycle from setup to teardown.

Gamecock Park Tailgates for the 2024-2026 Season: I help with completely setting up and tearing down the Tailgates at Gamecock Park for home games. I organize the Equipment, Greet Clients with the hospitality team, Assist VIP Clients, Watch Over TV Setups during the day, and Break down the equipment after everyone leaves.

Security for the 2025 TPC Championship Sawgrass: Diligently monitored the catering operations throughout the entire duration of the tournament, from start to finish. My primary responsibility was fire safety, ensuring a vigilant watch for any potential hazards. I was equipped with direct communication to the fire marshal to report and address any issues immediately. Additionally, I provided relief for staff members stationed around the 17th and 18th holes as needed, ensuring smooth operations in critical areas.

Security for the 2025 National Championship Football: We received training and toured the vicinity of the stadium on Saturday. On Gameday, I managed the crowd around the front of the concert in the Home Depot Backyard that’s right next to the stadium. I was in my position from 10-6 then I assisted with crowd management at the conclusion of the game while they built the stage behind us for trophy ceremony.

Security for the 2024 Palmetto Bowl (South Carolina Vs. Clemson):  I assisted check everyone into the tiger walk and vip section and oversaw the masters club.

Hospitality Volunteer for NASCAR: I worked with the hospitality team in Darlington. They gave me towels and I greeted every fan pouring into the stadium on the east side of the track. I assisted clients and answered questions.

 

Security for the 2024 US Open: Tournament Staff (1000th USGA): I worked with executive event services. I was event staff for multiple spots around the hospitality tent, and one of the pods where over 10,000 fans checked in. Here I was able to work with a different kind of crowd. I publicly spoke to many different large crowds to help manage the flow of people.

Security for the 2024 LPGA Championship: Event Staff: I worked with CSC. They gave me a list of people and my job for this tournament was to go around and give them pretty much whatever they needed. I also wrote a schedule and did all of their jobs momentarily for things like lunch, bathroom, break, or whatever else they needed.

Security for the 2024 PGA Championship: Event Staff: I worked with CSC. I saw the full vicinity of the clubhouse. During the practice round, I was one of the first faces the golfers, caddies, managers, and families first met at the clubhouse when they checked in. I also guarded the back of the clubhouse facing the 18th hole, the locker room (Inside and out), the media center, and the caddie room.
